6. I HATE EXERCISING!

Join the group! Simply become more active instead of working out. Don't hunt for the nearest parking spot whether you are out shopping, running errands, eating out, going to a meeting, or commuting to work. Park far away and then walk there. Great time organization may be required, but having to walk a few more blocks each day adds a lot!

7. I CAN'T AFFORD TO JOIN A GYM

Do not join one. These quick and efficient exercises cost nothing. With only few incredibly easy workouts, you can become in shape in only 10 to 15 minutes a day!

Consider a Circuit like this one, which can gradually get you in fantastic shape!

  • One minute stretching
  • one minute plank
  • one minute squats
  • one minute pull-ups
  • one minute push-ups
  • one minute (alternating) lunges
  • two min jump rope, jumping jacks, or (warm up) burpees
  • one minute sit-ups (right, left, center)

Suppose you performed this twice a day, once before bed and once after you wake up! After a year, how will you appear and feel?
